This role is pivotal in supporting our client's Player Support operations by managing and optimizing critical applications. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Applications Administrator III:
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of support tooling, including CRMs and internal tools for user permissions and automation. • Manage application licenses and vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery and cost-efficiency. • Develop strategic plans for tooling management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance player support processes. • Ensure compliance with security standards and provide mentorship to partner tooling administrators. • Contract position through November 2026, requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Skills for Applications Administrator III:
• Minimum of 5 years in CRM Application Administration, with expertise in platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Intercom. • Proficient in customer service technology platforms, including CRM, CMS, and QA systems. • Experience in leading CRM migration programs and skilled in configuration, automation, and reporting. • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • Solid understanding of global data security and compliance standards.
