IDR is seeking an Associate Rebate Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Broomfield, Colorado. This role is within a dynamic industry that focuses on rebate management and financial operations. The position involves handling rebate processes, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Position Overview for the Associate Rebate Specialist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for rebate program inquiries and management.
- Track, verify, and report rebates accurately using relevant financial tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve commission and rebate discrepancies.
- Support process improvements and administrative tasks related to rebate management.
- Work in a hybrid setting combining onsite training and remote work after initial training.
Requirements for the Associate Rebate Specialist:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience working in an Accounting or Finance environment require
- Prior work experience in contracts and/or rebates preferred
- Experience tracking and reporting rebates in previous roles
- SAP experience preferred; proficiency with Excel required
