Position Overview & ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Representative, you will:
Prospect and qualify leads, schedule key meetings, and support the sales team to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the Manager of Business Development and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the competitive landscape and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective clients
Utilize CRM systems to create, track, and nurture contacts and leads, building a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts and interactions to ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Executive team
Provide feedback on programs and processes to support continuous improvement and optimization
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects via phone and email
Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing activities, with a desire to grow in these areas
Ability to build rapport quickly, establish credibility, handle objections, and educate prospects using a consultative approach
Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing positively to team processes
