IDR is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves managing the full cycle recruiting process for healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. The company specializes in healthcare services and is looking for a driven individual to support their growing staffing needs.
Position Overview for the Clinical Recruiter:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers
- Review and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet experience, education, and licensure/certification requirements
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and collaborate to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through social media, job boards, colleges, and career fairs
- Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and advise on effective recruitment tactics
Requirements for the Clinical Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical recruiting experience (NP, RN, LPN, MSW, care management, or similar healthcare roles)
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a healthcare environment
- Interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
