IDR is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, UT. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing diverse talent pools within a dynamic organization in the technology or energy sector.
Position Overview for the Corporate Recruiter:
- Responsible for candidate experience and managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
- Partner proactively with hiring managers and talent business partners to meet hiring needs.
- Source candidates both actively and passively through various channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to develop a talent pipeline and assess candidates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all recruiting activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social recruiting and Boolean search strings.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATSs, and Candidate Management Systems.
- Experience cold calling and assessing candidates through in-depth interviews.
- Outstanding client service orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all management levels.
