Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Data Integration Team Lead to support our proposal effort for DCD IAO INSCOM contract.
Work Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VA
Position Overview:
- The Data Integration Senior Team Lead serves as a senior technical and operational leader responsible for managing intelligence data integration, interoperability, and information-sharing efforts in support of the Data Capabilities Division (DCD). This role leads personnel engaged in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, ensuring mission execution aligns with DoD and Intelligence Community standards.
- This position requires demonstrated leadership experience, strong collaboration with bilateral and multilateral partners, and the ability to communicate complex intelligence and data concepts through formal documentation, reports, and senior-level briefings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.
- Assign, prioritize, and oversee work tasks of subordinate personnel to ensure mission success and timely delivery of requirements.
- Direct and support intelligence data integration and system interoperability efforts across enterprise and partner systems.
- Collaborate with bilateral and multilateral partners to enable intelligence information sharing and interoperability.
- Develop, draft, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and operational documentation.
- Produce detailed reports incorporating text and graphics to clearly communicate complex intelligence and data concepts.
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to senior leadership and diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure adherence to applicable DoD, IC, and organizational standards for intelligence operations and data governance.
- Provide senior-level recommendations to enhance intelligence automation, data capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
- Mentor and lead team members while fostering accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience leading teams and managing work tasks of personnel performing intelligence-related functions.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Intelligence planning
- Intelligence collection
- Intelligence processing
- Intelligence analysis
- Intelligence dissemination
- Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in:
- Intelligence information sharing
- Intelligence data and/or system interoperability
- Proven ability to:
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Draft and maintain SOPs and formal documentation
- Produce reports integrating narrative and graphical content to convey complex concepts
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
OR
- Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
Clearance Requirements:
- Active DoD Top Secret / SCI Clearance Required
- Ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Certification Requirement within 30 Days of Start:
- Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM
