Position Overview for the Demand and Supply Planning Analyst:
The Dermatological Skincare Demand Planner partners closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Trade, Finance, and Product Lifecycle teams to ensure monthly forecast alignment and timely updates in Cloud Suite. Owns SKU level demand forecasting for certain consumer customers and presents insights in Demand Review forums, supported by KPI reporting, variance analysis, and actionable improvement plans.

Required Skills for the Demand and Supply Planning Analyst:
  • 3+ years of experience working with sales operations in supply and demand planning  
  • Experience within CPG (consumer package goods) industry, retail, and/or pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong understanding of how planning process drives operations
  • Hands-on experience with statistical forecasting methods and replenishment models with experience in statistical forecasting systems
  • Strong experience with Excel - Proficient with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
