IDR is seeking a Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Franklin, TN. This role involves providing high-level administrative support within a dynamic corporate environment, focusing on supporting senior executives with advanced calendaring and priority management. The organization specializes in innovative industry solutions and values professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant:
- Reports to the Chief People and Culture Officer and supports the President/COO and several Executive Officers.
- Manages complex calendars, prioritizes scheduling, and anticipates the needs of executives.
- Demonstrates executive judgment, discretion, and a professional demeanor.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple competing priorities.
- Requires 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in a corporate setting.
Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
- 5+ years experience supporting c-suite in a corporate environment.
- Expert-level calendar management skills, including handling high-priority schedules.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Strong soft skills such as flexibility and adaptability.
- Comfortable working remotely in the US (excluding California) or in a hybrid setting in Franklin, TN or Chandler, AZ.
