please apply today!Position Overview for the GIS Analyst: The primary objective is to ensure the accurate updating of GIS stormwater asset data using provided plans and record drawings, while maintaining the integrity and reliability of the City’s GIS data and identifying any gaps in the data structure that do not align with Esri data model standards.
Key Responsibilities:- 4+ years of experience working with GIS data and GIS data entry
- Proficiency with GIS software such as ArcGIS
- Basic understanding of spatial data formats (e.g., REST, shapefiles, geoJSON, KML)
- Familiarity with GIS database management and data architecture
