IDR is seeking a Governance Risk and Compliance Risk Register Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in the public sector industry. This role involves supporting enterprise risk management processes within a dynamic organization in the public sector, with a focus on developing and maintaining comprehensive risk registers and governance workflows.
Position Overview for the Governance Risk and Compliance Risk Register Analyst:
- Define end-to-end governance workflows for risk identification, review, validation, acceptance, mitigation, transfer, and ongoing monitoring.
- Establish roles and responsibilities for risk owners, reviewers, and governance bodies.
- Design escalation and reporting processes for high-risk and accepted risks.
- Engage key stakeholders across business, technology, security, and governance functions to validate risk requirements and workflows.
- Support onboarding of initial risks into the enterprise risk register and produce audit-ready documentation.
Requirements for the Governance Risk and Compliance Risk Register Analyst:
- Experience with Risk Register Design and Framework
- Experience with Risk Scoring and Prioritization Model
- Experience with Governance Processes and Workflows
- Experience with Stakeholder and Enablement
- Demonstrated skill with documentation and knowledge transfer
