Position Overview for the Grants Specialist:Qualifications:- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with IT concepts (e.g., software, hardware, cybersecurity) to effectively translate technical needs into compelling proposals.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, grant databases, and project management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to work independently as a contractor.
Required Skills for the Grants Specialist:- 3+ years of experience working as an Analyst within IT or Finance department
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Grant Writing and Grant proposals/request (Fundraising, Nonprofits, and/or Government)
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office, Grant Databases, PM software
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
