Position Overview for the IT Business Manager: The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) supports Supply Chain IT operations for the US and Canadian business. They will contribute to the delivery, orchestration, and continuous improvement of services across Galderma’s ERP and local application landscape. Partnering closely with the internal IT teams, and external service providers, the BA ensures stable complaints, and business aligned technology outcomes.
Required Skills for the IT Business Manager:
4+ years of experience IT Operations and Business Management
2+ years of experience working in IT Service Management in a Cloud ERP environment (Oracle)
Prior experience working in a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) environment
Experience middleware and integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, APIs).
Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management tools.
