Position Overview for the IT Operations Coordinator:We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Production Support Team within the IT Department. Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience in processing accounts payable invoices, spreadsheet analysis, and customer service. Candidates must be highly detail oriented and have an aptitude for quickly learning computer applications.
Required Skills for the IT Operations Coordinator:- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable/Administrative position
- 3 + years of hands-on experience with expenses/invoices, asset management, and procurement processes
- Experience working within an IT environment providing system admin support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Access) and Adobe Acrobat
