Position Overview & Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician:

• Provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
• Offer basic network support and troubleshooting
• Handle mobile device support and troubleshooting

Required Skills for the IT Support Technician:

• Fundamental understanding of computer diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Significant experience supporting both Windows 10 & 11
• Basic network support and troubleshooting skills
• Mobile device support experience
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented personality
