IDR is seeking a IT Systems Analyst 3 to join one of our top clients. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong background in end-user support, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance. Position Overview for the IT Systems Analyst 3:
- Responds to user inquiries and provides timely technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop system health and security
- Installs, configures, and updates desktop operating systems, applications, and peripherals
- Collaborates with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and contribute to IT strategy
- Maintains accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory
Requirements for the IT Systems Analyst 3:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or relevant experience
- 5+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
- Experience in complex system implementations or upgrades
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, high-impact issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
