IDR is seeking a Loyalty Marketing Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading customer engagement initiatives for a prominent entertainment and dining company, focusing on loyalty program growth and retention through sophisticated lifecycle campaigns. The position requires a technically skilled individual capable of managing multi-channel marketing efforts independently.
Position Overview for the Loyalty Marketing Specialist:
- This role is focused on supporting customer loyalty initiatives through event coordination, marketing engagement, and cross-functional project execution. The Specialist, Loyalty Marketing will help plan and execute member-focused events, coordinate with internal teams such as Food & Beverage and Entertainment to deliver loyalty program benefits, and assist with marketing efforts including email campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Requirements for the Loyalty Marketing Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience with Marketing/Event planning (Hosting events for loyalty members)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns (Email engagement etc)
- Experience Project Management - managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally to execute program benefits
