Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Mac System Engineer:

- Provide expert MacOS support, including User Accounts, Privacy & Security, File Permissions, etc.
- Navigate Terminal and utilize Shell Scripting knowledge
- Manage Device Management profiles and understand the role and use of plists
- Troubleshoot Mac hardware issues
- Leverage MDM experience, particularly with Jamf Pro
- This is a 12-month contract position, with potential for extension
- A Bachelor's degree and relevant IT experience, or an Associate degree plus 3 years of technical experience, or a high school diploma and 5 years of technical experience at a large complex organization are required

Required Skills for Mac System Engineer:

- Proficiency in MacOS and Microsoft 365 & Entra
- Strong knowledge of Shell Scripting
- Experience with MDM (Jamf Pro)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
