Machine Operator (Thermoforming Process) 2nd Shift

We are looking for a 2nd  shift Machine operator in our Thermoforming Process.  The starting pay rate for this position is $19.62 per hour. There is an additional 10% shift differential for working our 2nd shift.  The starting rate for this position is $21.58 per hour.

A day in the life of a Machine Operator/Thermoforming at Gemini includes: 

• Forming Letters by placing sheet plastic in a vacuum machine, activating the machine and removing the formed letters.
• Reviews production orders to assure requirements of the job.
• Locates correct letters and places the molds on a press plate ensuring most effective utilization of material.
• Placing correct sheet on the press and heating to proper temperate, monitoring heat regularly during the forming process.
• After forming, removes molds, cuts out letters ensuring quality control per the work order then transports to next team for further processing.
• Inspects condition of molds and equipment, ensuring proper storage.  
• The work environment is clean, bright, and hot around equipment.
• Reporting to our Plant Supervisor
