IDR is seeking a Networking Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Teresa, NM. This role involves overseeing large-scale networking and IT infrastructure projects within critical environments such as data centers and high-growth construction sites. The company specializes in infrastructure development and technological deployment, providing innovative solutions in complex construction projects.
Position Overview for the Networking Project Manager:
- Lead the delivery of networking and technology scope, including fiber, structured cabling, and low-voltage systems
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee installation, quality assurance, and commissioning of IT infrastructure systems
- Manage project schedules, risks, and issue resolution to keep the project on track
- Act as an on-site problem solver, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring documentation and compliance
Requirements for the Networking Project Manager:
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Real Estate Development, or Design/Engineering
- Strong background in networking infrastructure and IT systems deployment
- Experience with structured cabling (fiber, copper, low-voltage systems)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
- Experience working in critical operations environments (data centers, hospitals, university campuses)
