IDR is seeking a Payables Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Midvale, UT. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in accounts payable and financial transactions, working within a company that values accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service. Position Overview for the Payables Specialist:
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers for goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
- Support managers by maintaining a strong understanding of accounts payable systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional interactions with suppliers and internal teams.
- Assist in reconciling financial transactions and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Requirements for the Payables Specialist:
- HS diploma or GED.
- Experience in training and supporting users on accounting systems or processes.
- Experience in handling routine to moderately complex financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Strong problem-solving skills within accounting applications and financial processes.
- Ability to research, analyze, and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.
