IDR is seeking a Digital healthcare Product Manager to join one of our top  healthcare clients in a remote capacity from anywhere in the US. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Product Manager:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and objectives for your product area, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to transform complex problems into effective product solutions. • Partner with engineering and UX/research teams to conduct discovery activities that uncover user needs and pain points. • Work closely with the UX team to develop user-friendly experiences, validated through rapid feedback and usability testing. • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product execution across various applications and user groups.

Required Skills for Product Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience in an agile environment, focusing on digital products. both web and mobile products. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in health tech product development, particularly from inception to launch, is highly desirable. Nephrology / Kidney focused healthcare experience is also desirable and may replace product knowledge experience
