Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager:

- Lead and manage R&D engineering programs, with a focus on embedded systems and database technologies
- Oversee 2-3 full-lifecycle engineering projects from concept to production
- Utilize various product development methodologies, including V-model, Agile, and hybrid approaches
- Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- This is a contract position for 6 months to a year, with the potential for conversion

Required Skills for Program Manager:

- 10+ years of experience in program/project management in engineering-centric organizations
- Strong technical background, ideally in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering
- Proven experience managing R&D engineering programs
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle, including V-model, Agile, and hybrid approaches
- PMI or Scrum certifications are a plus

Compensation Details: $80/hour
