IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity (Up to 15% travel throughout the year may be required). This role involves overseeing enterprise IT projects within a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on delivering reliable and compliant IT solutions. The organization operates within the IT sector, emphasizing collaboration and excellence in project execution.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and governing large-scale enterprise IT projects and programs.
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project lifecycle, applying PMO standards and methodologies.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, providing clear communication on project status and risks.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to proactively identify risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead and develop project teams effectively
- Previous domain experience in the medical, orthopedic, or healthcare field is preferred
