IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is within the Talent Technology team, supporting initiatives mainly around Workday enhancements. The organization is a leader in human resources solutions, focused on delivering innovative talent management systems.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Manage planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects within the Talent Technology portfolio.
- Develop project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery by the technical team.
- Coordinate the assignment of Talent Technology responsibilities and manage stakeholder communication.
- Support multiple projects with moderate to high risk, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- 5+ years working in project/operations area with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with moderate to high risk
- 3+ years’ experience supporting Talent Technology enhancements
- Experience leading project presentations to key stakeholders
- Experience with one or more of the following Workday modules: Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workday HCM
- Experience in navigating in a matrix reporting environment solving/resolving complex issues
