Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Research Moderator:

• Facilitate usability studies and playtest sessions, both in-person and remotely, ensuring unbiased and relevant discussions. • Capture detailed notes, tag themes, and support the development of topline insights. • Manage session logistics, including materials preparation, tech checks, and player onboarding. • Collaborate with researchers and operations teams to align on study goals and troubleshoot in real-time. • Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet research needs.

Required Skills for Research Moderator:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in user research, playtest moderation, or focus group facilitation. • Familiarity with survey software such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey. • Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral facilitation style. • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing logistics in fast-paced settings. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
