IDR is seeking a Senior Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is part of the HR Technology team, focusing on identifying and operationalizing emerging HR technology opportunities and driving innovation strategies within the talent/HR tech ecosystem. The organization operates within the HR and talent management industry, emphasizing technological advancements and process improvements.
Position Overview for the Senior Analyst:
- Working within the HR team, responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects
- Responsible for coordinating individual HR Technology responsibilities, developing project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery by the tech team
- Focus on evaluating emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and next-generation workforce tools
- Lead pilots, vendor evaluations, and deliver actionable business recommendations and executive presentations
- Collaborate with HRIS, analytics, and integrations teams to support HR and talent systems enhancements
Requirements for the Senior Analyst:
- 6+ years in as an Analyst for HR systems/project work
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and next-generation workforce tools
- Hands-on Workday experience
- Experience partnering with HRIS, integrations, and analytics teams
- Ability to lead vendor evaluations, and deliver executive recommendations, presentations, and documentation
