IDR is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic organization focused on healthcare and outpatient services, providing valuable insights to support strategic growth initiatives.
Position Overview for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and investment evaluation.
- Develop and modify financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business insights.
- Track and report on investment performance, including ROI analysis and value realization.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and provide training on financial systems and processes.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including trend analysis and variances, for leadership review.
Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum five years of financial analysis experience
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications; skills in Oracle and Essbase knowledge/experience considered a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Travel up to 25%
