Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Instructor Trainer:• Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area.
• Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based content from the ground up, actively participating in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials that enhance learner understanding and retention.
• Facilitate effective instructor-led and web-based training sessions for both trainers and end users.
• Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources are current and easily accessible.
Required Skills for the Instructor Trainer:- ERP Training Program Development – 8+ years designing and delivering ERP training programs, including hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- Accessible eLearning & Content Development – Extensive experience creating accessibility-compliant training content using eLearning tools and Microsoft O365 applications.
- Enterprise Collaboration & Support Tools – Proficient in MS Teams, SharePoint site management, and Jira, with experience supporting large teams in public sector environments.
