IDR is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading end-to-end M&A integration efforts within a global SaaS organization, focusing on building scalable frameworks and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and operational success.

Position Overview for the Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead:

• Develop and continuously improve the M&A integration playbook, establishing a repeatable framework from pre-close to steady-state.
• Lead the creation and management of the integration operating model, including governance, decision rights, and success metrics.
• Manage and coordinate external third-party consultants, aligning scope of work, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Legal to drive post-acquisition integration activities.
• Support strategic planning by conducting post-integration retrospectives and identifying patterns for process improvement.

Requirements for the Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead:

• 10–12+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, or management consulting, with direct exposure to M&A integration.
• Proven track record building and running integration PMOs in enterprise SaaS or technology organizations.
• Strong cross-functional fluency across Finance, Sales Ops, HR, and GTM.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate complex operational topics clearly.
• Systems thinker with experience designing scalable integration frameworks.
