Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Technical Product Manager:
Lead the migration of internal store-facing applications into a centralized enterprise platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the transition from legacy systems to a modern platform.
Collaborate with IT, business, and operations teams to translate real-world store usage into actionable product requirements.
Conduct discovery through user observation and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and inform product development.
Partner with engineering and integration teams to align technical feasibility with business needs.
Required Skills for Senior Technical Product Manager:
Over 6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, with a strong technical background.
Proven expertise in legacy system modernization or application migration within complex, multi-system environments.
Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web-based platforms.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with enterprise platform migrations or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
