Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:
- Deliver first-level technical support to internal customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and problems, ensuring all interactions are documented in the service management system.
- Configure, install, and distribute hardware and software, supporting Windows operating systems and network hardware.
- Perform Active Directory user account management and troubleshoot Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager and team to ensure timely resolution of issues and contribute to additional projects as assigned.
Required Skills for Service Desk Analyst:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of Service Desk experience.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and analytical skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows and network connectivity.
- Experience with Active Directory, service management systems, and VDI environments is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to document technical issues accurately and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced setting.
