Position Overview for the Supply Chain Analyst - ERP:
This role provides dedicated support to the Supply Chain Transformation Lead, ensuring the successful execution of workstream activities across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Master Data (MDM), Logistics, Planning, and Customer Service integration (including Salesforce Service Cloud).

Required Skills for the Supply Chain Analyst - ERP:
  • 5+ years of experience working in supply chain operations  
  • Experience working work ERP systems/transformation (Oracle)
  • Understanding of Supply Chain functions (O2C, logistics, planning, customer service)
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects in complex regulated environments (Pharma, Healthcare)
  • Experience working in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Salesforce Service Cloud or similar ticketing systems (Preferred)
