IDR is seeking a Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, develop, and test system enhancements within a government agency environment, particularly related to Medicaid Claims Processing and infrastructure.
Position Overview for the Systems Analyst:
- Assist in the development of project documentation based on agency requirements.
- Conduct requirements gathering with subject matter experts to understand business processes.
- Analyze business processes and system modifications to improve existing systems.
- Perform testing of assigned programs, including scripting, debugging, and ensuring quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation to support system architecture and workflows.
Requirements for the Systems Analyst:
- Experience with Medicaid Claims Processing.
- Experience in business objectives, problem-solving, and identifying solutions.
- Proficiency in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements and operational procedures.
- Skills in documenting user needs, program functions, and processing steps.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and wireframe generation.
