IDR is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role is vital in supporting the development and implementation of enterprise technology solutions within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring product strategies align with organizational goals and deliver value.
Position Overview for the Technical Product Owner:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring it reflects business impact and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate product progress and changes.
- Support sprint planning, execution, and review activities to ensure smooth development cycles.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including product roadmaps, process flows, and system specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, customers, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable tasks.
Requirements for the Technical Product Owner:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Product Ownership or Business Systems Analysis.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and process workflows.
- Business analysis background, particularly requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience supporting IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Reliability-focused teams (preferred).
- Technical understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, databases, system integrations, and cloud/enterprise technology.
