IDR is seeking a Workday Banking & Budgets Functional Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is essential in supporting a major Workday implementation project in the financial services industry, helping optimize banking and budgeting modules for improved business performance.
Position Overview for the Workday Banking & Budgets Functional Lead:
- Lead the Banking and Budgets functional workstreams within a Workday implementation.
- Provide subject matter expertise across Workday Banking and Budgeting modules.
- Oversee and ensure timely completion of project deliverables in alignment with the project plan.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project team members, stakeholders, and other functional leads.
- Coordinate and actively participate in design workshops and working sessions.
Requirements for the Workday Banking & Budgets Functional Lead:
- Prior experience working on Workday implementations, specifically within Banking and/or Budgeting functional areas.
- Strong understanding of Workday financial modules and related business processes.
- Proven ability to lead functional workstreams and collaborate across teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into system design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
